【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店工程部的日常运营和管理工作，确保所有设施设备的正常运行和维护。
2、制定并执行工程部的年度预算、维修计划及节能方案，优化运营成本。
3、监督酒店各类设备（包括电力、空调、给排水、消防等系统）的定期检查、维护和维修工作。
4、协调与外部供应商、承包商的关系，确保工程项目的质量和进度符合标准。
5、处理突发性设备故障，制定应急预案并组织团队快速响应，确保酒店运营不受影响。
6、负责工程部员工的招聘、培训、考核及团队建设，提升团队专业水平和工作效率。
7、确保酒店工程管理符合国家相关法律法规及行业标准，定期组织安全检查并落实整改措施。
8、参与酒店改造或新建项目的规划与实施，提供专业建议并监督执行。

1、具备扎实的工程管理专业知识，熟悉酒店设施设备的运行原理及维护流程。
2、优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效领导工程团队完成各项任务。
3、较强的预算控制和成本意识，能够制定并执行合理的工程预算方案。
4、良好的沟通协调能力，能够与各部门及外部合作方高效协作。
5、具备处理突发事件的能力，能够在压力下快速决策并解决问题。
6、熟悉国家及地方相关工程法规、安全标准及环保要求。
7、具备创新意识，能够提出并实施节能降耗的优化方案。
