A.HC-Operations人力资源部运营
1. Develop andmanage HC policies and procedures in line with corporate standards.
建立并管理人力资源政策与程序与集团标准保持一致。
2. Prepare alllocal contracts and benefit schedules as per group standards and follow up withany queries this includes tracking of duration of Complex GM/Hotel EXCOMcontracts and to raise to Group HC.
按照集团标准准备所有的本地合同及福利计划,并跟进相关的问题。这包括跟进复合体总经理/酒店行政委员会成员的合同期,并递交给集团人力资源部。
3. Provideadvice to the management team and associates on BTHC HC policies and groupstandards.
给酒店及员工提供人力资源政策及集团标准的建议。
4. Provide HCadministration support e.g. investigate associates’ grievances, explainingpolicies to property HC associates etc.
提供人力资源行政事务的支持,如员工申述调查,给酒店的员工解释人力资源政策等。
5. Assessorganizational development needs & appropriately identify developmentactivities that will support the growth of local resources in order to improvethe overall efficiency & capability of the resources for business success.

6. Implementprocedures & practices within hotel that encourage a high performingculture to ensure the property optimize its Human Capital for business success.

7. Work withGroup HC in the recruitment of key positions for Property. This includesconducting reference checks and any other pre-employment verification required.

8. Ensure ourproperty are in full compliance with all Group HC policies.

Work with Banyan Academy (BA) on potential internal associates to takeup JG4/JG5 positions.

9. Provide the logistical support like staffdormitory, staff canteen, Locker and transportations and so on.

10. Provide HCsupport /advice to property Complex GM/Hotel EXCOM.

11. Maintainsefficient administration within the department preparing and submittingoperational reports on time. 在部门内部保持有效的行政管理,及时准备及递交运营报告。
12. Specialprojects / ad-hoc assignments as and well assigned.
