【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店电子商务平台的日常运营与管理，包括官网、第三方OTA平台、社交媒体及直销渠道的维护与优化。
2、制定并执行线上营销策略，提升酒店产品在线曝光率、转化率及客房收入，协同市场部完成年度销售目标。
3、监控并分析各渠道数据（如浏览量、订单量、转化率、客户来源等），定期输出运营报告，针对性调整投放策略与产品组合。
4、管理线上产品定价、房态及促销活动，确保价格体系在各渠道的一致性与竞争力。
5、主导线上推广活动策划（如节日促销、套餐组合、会员专属活动），协调设计、预订及前端部门落地执行。
6、对接主流OTA平台（携程、美团、飞猪等）及第三方渠道，维护良好合作关系，争取优质资源位与推广机会。
7、跟踪行业竞品动态与用户评价，提出优化建议，提升酒店在线口碑与品牌美誉度。
8、协同新媒体团队，利用短视频、直播、社群等新型电商工具拓展流量入口。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店行业电子商务运营经验，熟悉OTA、小红书、抖音等主流平台规则与推广逻辑。
2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel等工具制作报表并提炼关键结论。
3、优秀的沟通协调能力，能推动跨部门协作及与外部渠道高效对接。
4、思维活跃，对市场热点敏感，具备策划线上活动及提炼卖点的能力。
5、工作主动、结果导向，能适应快节奏的电商运营节奏。
6、学历、经验、年龄不限，有中高端度假酒店或精品酒店电商管理经验者优先。
