【岗位职责】
1、协助康乐中心日常运营，包括泳池、健身房、儿童活动区等区域的接待与服务，确保环境整洁、设施完好。
2、为客人提供专业的康乐设施使用指导，主动介绍各项活动项目及安全注意事项，解答客人问询。
3、配合部门策划并执行住店客人康乐活动（如亲子游戏、瑜伽、水上运动等），做好物料准备、现场组织与收尾工作。
4、关注客人在康乐区域的安全，定时巡查设施设备运行状态，发现异常及时上报并协助处理。
5、协助处理客人投诉与突发情况，按酒店标准流程反馈并跟进，保障客人体验。
6、完成上级交办的其他康乐部相关工作，支持部门整体运营。
【岗位要求】
1、年满18周岁，在校学生，学历专业不限，有服务行业实习经验者优先。
2、性格开朗热情，喜欢与人互动，具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
3、工作细致有责任心，能够适应轮班制工作（含周末及节假日）。
4、具备基本的安全意识和应急处理能力，会游泳者优先考虑。
5、能保证至少连续实习4个月以上
