The Role 岗位职责:
1. Ensure safe and continuous operation of all system in the hotel at all time, i.e., power, water, sewerage, air conditioning, steam, etc.
保证酒店所有系统如电、水、排水、空调、蒸汽等不断地正常运作。
2. Immediately reports any discrepancies to the Assistant Chief Engineer, or in the absence of Assistant Chief Engineer, to the Chief Engineer.
在发生任何异常情况时,要立刻向副总工程师报告。如副总工程师不在,则向总工程师汇报。
3. Ensure good housekeeping and orderliness of all working area of the Engineering Department.
保持工程部所有工作区域整齐和干净。
4. Receives repair works in his shift to be done by M.R. form or by telephone call and rectifies as soon as possible if the job cannot be done or finished within his time schedule, M.R. must be transferred to the next shift for completion or rectification.
收到维修单或电话通知要尽快安排在班内完成维修任务。如班上解决不了的可转交给下一个班去完成。
5. Heavy works must be transferred to repair and maintenance group through M.R.
繁重的维修工作可交由维护保养小组去做。
6. Conducts periodic test and inspection of safety equipment and alarm system with the Section Head.
汇同主管对安全设备和消防报警系统进行定期测试和检查。
7. Responds to emergency call and leads emergency brigade to contain situation.
接到紧急召唤后,带领应急小组去处理。
8. Plan, organizes, directs, controls and supervises the works of his subordinates in his shift, ensuring that they are carrying out the basic functions of their positions.
计划、组织、指挥、控制和监督班内员工的工作,确保他们做好自己的本质工作。
9. Reports to Engineering manager /Director of Engineering any unusual occurrences with respect to equipment and personnel.
向工程总监/工程经理工汇报任何有关人员或设备的异常情况。
10. Renders overtime or change of time schedules as situation may require without any delay.
当工作需要时,随时服从加班或换班的安排。
11. Ensures presence of Engineering staff as needed by the hotel’s operations
确保工程部员工按酒店运营的需要出勤。
12. Ensures that Engineering staff adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel by familiarizing self with rules and communicating rules/standards.
确保工程部员工遵守酒店的规章制度。自己要熟悉规章制度,将相关规章制度及标准通知员工。
13. Monitoring implementation of rules/standards, effecting coaching/counseling, and if needed, disciplinary procedures when rules/standards are violated.
监察规章制度及标准的执行情况;教导、劝告或在需要时,处分违反规章制度的员工。
14. Ensure that all management directives are communicated to the Engineering staff in a timely manner.
确保所有管理要求均及时的下达至各个工程部员工。
15. Models the practice and encourages staff to use the Guiding Principles in day to day interactions.
工作上要做出榜样并鼓励员工在日常工作中使用指导原则。
16. Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used.
检查设备维护情况和使用情况。
17. Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题。
