2. To confirm the leave management of hotel associates which apply and approve according to hotel procedure and standard and confirm the accuracy and timeliness. And remind the department to clean the leaves with plan
确保酒店员工假期按照酒店标准及流程申报审批,并保障其准确性及时效性;同时及时提醒各部门有计划地进行假期清理
3. To confirm and overtime work management of hotel associates which apply and approve according to hotel procedure and standard and confirm the accuracy and timeliness
确保酒店员工加班按照酒店标准及流程申报审批,并保障其准确性及时效性
4. Ensure that hotel staff hiring and termination procedures are carried out in compliance with national laws, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
确保酒店员工按照国家法律要求进行招退工,并保障其准确性及时效性
5. To confirm to do the social insurance and housing fund payment and adjustment accuracy and timely according to government policies.

6. To confirm the probation management of hotel associate according to hotel procedure and standard
确保酒店员工按照酒店标准及流程进行试用期管理
7. To confirm the contract management of hotel associate according to hotel procedure and standard
确保酒店员工按照酒店流程进行合同期限管理
8. To confirm the part-time management of hotel associate according to hotel actual needs
确保酒店员工根据酒店需要进行小时工及内部帮工管理
9. To confirm the dormitory management and safety
确保酒店宿舍日常管理及安全
10. To confirm the accuracy and timeliness of the reports
确保报表的准确性及时效性
11. To confirm the accuracy and timeliness of the HR system
确保人力资源系统人员信息的准确性及时效性
12. In charge of the hotel associates labor relation issues including but not limited to injury insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance and retirement
负责酒店员工劳动关系方面事宜的跟进及完成,比如:工伤、生育保险、失业险、退休等
13. In charge of the associate file management
员工档案管理
14. Performs any additional duties as directed by HRD
根据人力资源总监的指令完成其他额外职责
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort (preferably luxury brands)
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)
Have professional training in hospitality industry
有过专业化的训练
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话
Having good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
Able to operate basic computer skills
正确应用基本电脑系统
Minimum 5 years HR experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少5年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店人力资源部工作经验。
