The Role 岗位职责：

1. Ability to perform all stewarding duties with high efficiency, attention to detail, and sound judgment, while prioritizing tasks and organizing workflows to ensure smooth follow-through.
具备高效、细致、判断力强的工作能力，能够合理安排工作优先级并组织流程，确保任务顺利执行。

2. Conduct quarterly physical inventory of all F&B flatware, hollow ware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, maintaining accurate and updated records for all items.
每季度对所有餐饮部门的扁平餐具、空心餐具、玻璃器皿、瓷器和刀具进行实物盘点，并保持所有物品记录的准确与更新。

3. Manage breakage control by keeping precise records of all losses and damages, generating weekly summaries by area to identify improvement opportunities and training needs, and conducting regular breakage control training for all stewarding staff.
管理破损控制，精确记录所有丢失和损坏物品，按区域每周汇总以发现改进机会和培训需求，并定期为所有管事员工进行破损控制培训。

4. Organize and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage in all operational areas according to business volume, and adjust assignments as needed to maintain service efficiency.
组织协调员工排班，确保根据营业量为所有运营区域提供足够人手，并根据需要调整分配以保持服务效率。

5. Chair the daily stewarding briefing to communicate key information, and represent the Stewarding Manager at daily F&B meetings when required, highlighting any concerns and recording them for follow-up.
主持每日管事部简报会议以传达关键信息，并在需要时代表管事部经理参加每日餐饮部会议，提出任何关注事项并记录以便跟进。

6. Conduct regular training sessions for all stewarding staff on proper breakage control procedures and safe manual handling techniques to enhance operational standards and reduce accidents.
为所有管事员工定期举办培训课程，内容涵盖正确的破损控制流程和安全手动操作技巧，以提高运营标准并减少事故。

7. Maintain and care for all stewarding equipment including cleaning machines, dishwashers, freezers and chillers, drive deep cleaning schedules for all such equipment as well as overnight cleaning, and ensure all cleaning stations are fully furnished with necessary tools and appropriate chemicals.
维护和保养所有管事设备（包括清洁机、洗碗机、冷冻箱和冷却机），推动所有设备的深度清洁计划及隔夜清洁，并确保所有清洁站配备齐全的工具和合适的化学品。

8. Manage chemical par stock levels in compliance with safety regulations, strictly control all waste management facilities to keep them clean and orderly, and monitor the overall hygiene standards in all stewarding areas.
依照安全规章管理化学品库存水平，严格监控所有垃圾管理设施以保持其清洁有序，并监督所有管事区域的整体卫生标准。

9. Work closely with the Hygiene Manager to verify that all dish washing machines operate at correct temperatures and with correct chemical dosages, and ensure that all cleaning equipment and processes meet the required hygiene and safety standards.
与卫生经理紧密合作，验证所有洗碗机运行在正确的温度和正确的化学品剂量下，并确保所有清洁设备和流程符合所需的卫生与安全标准。

10. Achieve all objectives assigned by the Stewarding Manager, prepare and submit all required reports on time, and carry out any other duties as directed to support the department’s smooth operation.
完成管事部经理分配的所有目标，按时准备并提交所有所需报告，并执行主管指示的其他职责以支持部门顺畅运营。

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort (preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
应用基本电脑系统。
