· Follow the brand standard, service practices and government regulations education to train the team. Ensure that employees are properly trained and equipped with the tools and equipment as wore requirement.

· Get feedback from guests to continuously improve food quality and product quality.

· Assist F&B service manager to design the menu, dining match, table layout and decoration.

· Ensure all dishes are prepared and finished in accordance with recipe requirements and standards.

· Design menus and themes for all F&B section, bar and banquet events, monitor local competitors' trends and industry trends.

· Maintain relevant procedures to ensure the safety and proper storage of food and beverage products and equipment, order supplementary supplies in time and avoid waste and theft.

· Ensure all catering facilities and pantry are in good working order and clean regularly.
