Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservation etc.
Prospect by telephone cold-calling to establish territories.
Establish and maintain regional accounts.
Establish territories to do sales blitz
Follow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
Handle complaints and pass to Director of Sales.
Report sales activity and result in daily or weekly sales meeting.
Produce daily & weekly productivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lost business, also corrective actions taken.
Attend various functions as when required.
Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.
Contribute to overall market plan for the Hotel.
Participate in training programs.
React promptly to requests by the Director of Sales for reports and other assignments.
Establish rapport among co-employee of all levels；Good Communication in Sales Department.
Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other position as may be required by the Director of Sales.
