【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店IT系统的日常运维管理，包括硬件设备、网络系统、软件应用等的安装、配置、维护及故障排除；
2、制定并执行IT系统的安全策略，确保数据安全和系统稳定运行，定期进行系统备份和恢复测试；
3、管理酒店内部网络及外部网络连接，优化网络性能，保障网络畅通与安全；
4、为酒店各部门提供IT技术支持，解决员工在使用计算机、打印机、电话系统等设备时遇到的问题；
5、负责酒店管理信息系统（如PMS、POS等）的维护与升级，确保系统高效运行；
6、协调与外部供应商及服务商的关系，管理IT设备采购、维护合同及服务协议；
7、制定IT预算并控制成本，确保IT资源的合理配置与使用；
8、培训员工使用IT系统及相关设备，提升全员IT应用能力。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉计算机硬件、网络设备及常见操作系统（如Windows、Linux）的维护与管理；
2、具备网络管理经验，熟悉TCP/IP协议、路由器、交换机、防火墙等网络设备的配置与维护；
3、了解酒店行业常用信息系统（如Opera PMS、Micros POS等）者优先；
4、具备良好的故障诊断与解决能力，能快速响应并处理突发IT问题；
5、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与各部门有效协作，提供高效的IT支持；
6、工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力；
7、有相关IT认证（如CCNA、MCSE等）或酒店行业IT经验者优先考虑。
