总出纳：年龄35岁以下，持初级会计证，有同行同岗一年以上经验。
工作职责
1.每日收款涉及从保险柜收取，打开投款信封并清点现金是否与记录一致。
2.严格保密保险柜密码及钥匙安全。
3.按要求处理零用现金并每周核对。
4.准备长短款，每月余额交与指定的业务经理。
5.按批准的申请单分发和归还备用金，并准备每月备用金汇总表。
6.每天处理收银员备用金补给。
7.及时与负责收银的员工签订备用金合约。
8.制作每日总出纳报告，交日审或总会计师审核。
9.与证人一起清点现金并与记录对照。
10.与部门经理联系处理现金方面的问题。
11.与日审保持联系。
12.监控酒店外币兑换汇率，并根据财务政策在必要时进行调整。
13.每周付款日根据应付提供的付款需求进行付款。
14.严格保密所有员工工资。未获得财务总监或总会计师批准，在任何情况下不得向其他同事透露这方面的信息。
15.确保加班费和其他关于工资的调整得到相应的授权批准。
16.为员工计算和申报每月及每年的个人收入所得税。
17.核实新入职员工诸如职位，部门，工资等资料的准确性。
18.制作并确保每月工资报表正确无误。协助部门领导解决任何员工关于工资方面的差额的询问和争议。
19.准备工资及福利凭证。
20.酒店印章管理及财务专用章的用章登记。
21.酒店合同登记及管理。
22.协调跟进酒店各部门合同的律师审核工作并做好记录存档。
23.每月提交财务部的培训报告及培训计划。
24.根据部门所需物品实际采购需求及时下单。
25.如有需要，协助财务部其他工作。
