·根据洲际酒店集团的政策，在采购经理及采购主管的总体指导下工作，负责将酒店商业计划转变成酒店实质性的服务需要，计划并执行物品的存储与分发。

·Under the general guidance of the Procurement Managerand Purchasing Supervisor within the limits of InterContinental hotels Group policy and procedure is responsible for translating the business plan into the material and service requirements of the hotel and plans and executes their acquisition storage, and issuance.

·协助采购部主管主管确保收到的采购申请单有人负责跟进，并留意送抵的货品是否符合酒店要求。

·To assist the Procurement Supervisor in ensuring that there is a proper follow-up of the orders after they have been placed and to see that the goods are delivered to the Hotel’s needs.

·根据市场调查价格，协助采购经理和主管准备采购月报表，比较分析同期供货商报价和酒店实际支付的采购价。

·To assist the Procurement Manager/Supervisor in the preparation of Monthly Purchasing Report based on prices of merchandise during the market surveys, comparatively analysis of suppliers’ prices during the month, and actual prices paid by the Hotel for the same period.

·完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

·Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

·熟练使用微软窗口软件。

·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

·具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。

·Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

·良好的写作技能。

·Good writing skills.

·具有物资，采购管理或相关领域学士学位。

·Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Purchasing Management or related field.

·1年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。

·1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
