岗位职责
1、服从上级的工作安排；
2、按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录；
3、协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，具有1年以上从事前厅服务工作经历；
2、工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活；
3、能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
