【岗位职责】
1、负责中餐冷菜的制作、加工、摆盘及出品，确保菜品质量符合酒店标准；
2、根据菜单要求，独立完成冷菜原料的选材、预处理及调味工作；
3、严格把控冷菜制作的卫生标准，确保食品安全及操作规范；
4、定期研发新式冷菜菜品，丰富菜单内容，提升顾客体验；
5、协助厨房其他岗位完成备餐及高峰期出餐任务；
6、负责冷菜区域的设备维护及清洁工作，保持工作环境整洁有序；
7、配合上级完成厨房日常运营及临时安排的其他任务。
