1. Deal with the administrative and secretary work of housekeeping office. Be the communication centre of housekeeping and other departments. Be responsible for dealing: guest lefts and mini bar.
处理本部门的行政及秘书方面等事宜,成为客房部与其它部门沟通的中心,负责处理:客人遗留物品和小酒吧管理。
2. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section. Such as print, file material.
保证每日的部门工作有效运行,如打印,将部门资料存档等。
3. Keep the items of housekeeping storeroom full.
保持客房部办公室仓库内物品充足。
4. Handle all the guests’ loan items and reports.
处理酒店客人的一切要求并做好客人借用物品记录。
5. According to the report of floor supervisor, update room status in the computer regularly. Ensure the input is correct.
根据楼层主管的查房报告及时更改电脑系统中房态,并确保输入信息的准确性。
6. Answer departmental and guest telephone calls in etiquette. Pass on telephone messages as soon as received to department / section and persons concerned for immediate action.
有礼貌地接听并处理所有电话,将内容及时转达给相关部门/人员,以便立即处理。
7. Carry out other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
执行行政管家及副行政管家交予的其它工作。
