1. To assist and supervise front desk, bell staff, concierge team and guest relations to strive towards total guest satisfaction. Needs to be able to perform in all front office functions.
2.Responsible for hiring, training and development of all associates working for front office area. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations.
3.Assist the front office manager in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly operation department. Follows hotel schedule; act as Manager on Duty when necessary to ensure positive customer oriented environment in hotel. 协助
4. Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
5.Responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional operation of all front office areas. Ensure good communications among departments.
6.Ensures that all procedures and policies are in place and followed. Conducts audit and controls on a regular basis. Communicates with accounting in case of any irregularities; and coaches and counsels associates whenever appropriate.
7.Strictly follows band-out procedures and cash handling procedures.
8.Train and develop associates to the highest possible extent. Ensures that daily training is provided to technical, hospitality, communication, management, and organizational skills; leads and provides 15 minutes daily department.
9.Controls costs effectively to meet budget guidelines. Has control system in place for all controllable costs and man hours. Communicates with guest relations managers and front desk supervisors about daily audits and controls, so all are informed about proper procedures.
10.Initiates additional task to improve existing procedures and guest satisfaction.
11.Establish system in place for repeat/rewards/VIP Guest recognition program. Being able to contribute and lead front office team to participate in up sale program.
12.Initiates monthly meetings in the department. Attend staff meetings, operations meetings, forecast meetings and sales strategy meetings.
13.Presented in the guest area during high traffic times to assist the front office associates and to ensure smooth operations.
