Enforce the Lixury standardized drink recipeand presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to guests inaccordance with the Langham Bar Guide.执行丽思瑞酒店规范的饮料配方，以确保给客人提供的饮料具有一贯的品质。
Ensure that food and beverages are provided withquality assurance.确保所提供的食品和饮料有质量保证。
Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.严格执行收入和账单的操作程序。
Handle daily colleague relationships (e.g., shift adjustment).处理日常同事的协作关系（例如，班次调整）。
Maintain a safe & sanitary work environment forall colleagues & guests.为所有的同事和客人，建立一个安全及卫生的工作环境。
Provide as much help as possible for restaurant operation (e.g., schedules, floor arrangement,reservations).为餐厅营运提供尽可能的帮助（例如，工作时间表，楼层安排，预定）。
