Operations营运

  • Be responsible for daily operation of the restaurant to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

    负责餐厅日常的营运,保证餐厅营运顺畅。

  • Open and close daily operation according to the superior’s arrangement.

    遵照上级的安排表来开始和结束一天的营运。

  • Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.

    与客人进行积极的互动和交流,征求客人的反馈以提高服务质量。

  • Train, maintain and enforce all Lixury service standards.

    培训、维持和执行所有丽思瑞酒店的服务标准。

  • Enforce the Lixury standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to guests in accordance with the Langham Bar Guide.

    执行丽思瑞酒店规范的饮料配方,以确保给客人提供的饮料具有一贯的品质。

  • Ensure that food and beverages are provided with quality assurance.

    确保所提供的食品和饮料有质量保证。

  • Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.

    严格执行收入和账单的操作程序。

  • Handle daily colleague relationships (e.g., shift adjustment).

  • Maintain a safe & sanitary work environment for all colleagues & guests.

  • Provide as much help as possible for restaurant operation (e.g., schedules, floor arrangement, reservations).

  • Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.
