1.Deal with the administrative and secretary work of housekeeping office. Be the communication centre of housekeeping and other departments. Be responsible for dealing: guest lefts and mini bar.

2. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section. Such as print, file material.

3.Prepare repair and maintenance Work Orders as soon as received and ensure are sent to ENG office in time.
准备工程维修单,并保证一旦收到立即送至工程部办公室。
4.Handle Lost & Found properties. Ensure all surrendered Lost & Found items are properly labelled, recorded and stored as soon as received. Prepare weekly summary of Lost & Found items and submit report to Executive Housekeeper.
处理客人遗留物品事宜。保证一旦收到客人遗留物品,立即进行标记,记录和保存。每周准备客人遗留物品报告,并交至行政管家处。
5. Handle all the guests’ loan items and reports.
处理酒店客人的一切要求并做好客人借用物品记录。
6.According to the report of floor supervisor, update room status in the computer regularly. Ensure the input is correct.
根据楼层主管的查房报告及时更改电脑系统中房态,并确保输入信息的准确性。
7.Answer departmental and guest telephone calls in etiquette. Pass on telephone messages as soon as received to department / section and persons concerned for immediate action.
有礼貌地接听并处理所有电话,将内容及时转达给相关部门/人员,以便立即处理。
8.Record and file all materials and documents of housekeeping.
