岗位职责
1、酒店各部门员工的考勤管理工作；
2、对普通员工的工资调整和审核；
3、每月员工工资表及日常员工离职工资表的制作和统计；
4、协助对员工奖惩的审核；
5、员工社保工作和办理员工团体保险及劳动保险加退保及变更手续等具体工作的经办；
6、填报工资报表,并报上级审核；
7、监督、检查人事档案，以及劳动合同的管理工作。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验优先。
2.掌握文员工作、文书档案管理、接待礼仪等知识。
3.了解人事、工资、劳动保护、社会保险等政策、法规。
4.具有较好的文字组织能力和语言表达能力，能起草各类文件。
5.熟练掌握办公自动化技能。工作责任心强，有耐心。
