10. Collects job skills checklist, trainingplans, training reports and other related training document from all departments to compile the Trainingsection of monthly HR Report.

11. Prepares and publishes all posters& memos regarding training courses or related matters.

12. Ensures that the HR Office and TrainingRoom are kept clean and tidy at all times. Ensures all kinds of trainingequipment are kept in good condition.
