1. 为酒店客人.会员提供优质迅捷服务
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors.
2. 遵守酒店的规定和原则
Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel.
3. 更衣室淋浴间和器械设备的清洁
Cleaning shower rooms and the electroplates in the locker rooms.
4. 及时更换更衣室毛巾
Replace old towers on time in the locker room.
5. 及时更换客用品
Replace service articles on time in the locker rooms.
6. 保持更衣柜清洁
Keeping the closets clean in the locker rooms.
7. 保持健身房公共区域清洁
Keeping workout public areas clean.
8. 及时处理健身房区域的垃圾
Dealing with rubbish in the workout area.
9.按照标准礼仪在铃响三声内接起电话；热情友好问候客人，对于酒店内客人要称呼姓名。
Answer the phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and within three rings;Greeting guest friendly and warmly. Address in-house guest by name.
