【岗位职责】
1、全面负责西厨房热菜区域的日常运营，确保出品质量、口味及摆盘符合希尔顿花园酒店标准；
2、根据菜单要求，高效完成热菜制作，严格控制出品温度、份量及出餐速度，保障餐厅及宴会的正常供应；
3、协助西厨厨师长制定及更新热菜菜单，参与新菜品的研发与试制，提出成本优化建议；
4、严格执行食品卫生安全规范，监督本区域员工的操作流程，确保符合酒店食品安全标准；
5、负责热菜区域设备、用具的日常维护与清洁，及时报修异常设备，杜绝安全隐患；
6、合理安排本班组员工的工作分工与排班，指导、培训初级厨师及厨工，提升团队整体技能水平；
7、每日检查食材原料的质量与库存，把控原料领用及使用情况，减少浪费，控制食品成本；
8、配合厨师长完成各项厨房检查、盘点、消防及安保工作，处理本区域突发状况并及时汇报。
【岗位要求】
1、学历不限，工作经验3年以上，有西厨热菜工作经验或烹饪相关专业背景者优先考虑；
2、熟悉西式热菜的基本烹调技法，了解常见酱汁、汤品及主菜的烹饪流程，能够独立完成标准出品；
3、具备良好的食品卫生与安全意识，严格遵守厨房操作规范；
4、工作责任心强，能承受高峰时段的工作压力，具备较好的时间管理和多任务协调能力；
5、有团队合作精神，能有效沟通协调本班组员工，服从厨师长的统一安排；
6、对菜品品质有较高追求，愿意学习并执行酒店统一标准；
7、身体健康，持有有效健康证（可入职前办理），能适应酒店行业轮班工作制。
8、此岗位属于外包性质。
