Overview:

To help fulfill the reservation when the guests arrive our naked Stables and help with guest all kinds of request during the stay, Host is like person butler.

帮助预订客人顺利到达酒店并在客人住期间提供优质的服务，要做到私人管家。

主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

1. When guest arrived nS, Assistant Host need greeting guest at main entrance, Help unload guest luggage and escort guest to reception for check in.

当客人到店后，管家需要在门口欢迎客人，帮助客人搬运行李并陪客人到前台办理入住手续。

2. Invite Guest to seat down and call the lobby lounge staff to present hotel welcome drink.

邀请客人就坐递上毛巾并通知大堂吧同事给客人准备欢迎饮料。

3. Inform related Manager to welcome and greeting guest.

根据客人级别通知相关经理。

4. Double check with Front Desk that which room No they are in, and prepare the buggy ready and load the luggage onto Buggy.

与前台确认客人房间号，并准备高尔夫球车。

5. Drive safely for guest and introduce resorts facility during the drive to the room.

安全驾驶并像客人介绍酒店信息。

6. Stop and related room No and take the luggage into guest room and do the in room facility introduce.

到达房间后帮客人搬运行李并介绍房间设施。

7. Farewell with guest, if guest need any help can contact our Guest Service Center.

介绍完房间后与客人道别，如客人有任何需要帮助可以联系管家或宾客服务中心。

8. Fill in the Villa Jacuzzi.

帮客人开按摩浴缸。

9. Delivery the VIP amenity and welcome card, setup the amenity according to our standard.

根据酒店标准摆放VIP客人礼品及欢迎卡片。

10. Pick up or drop off guest to the request area.

根据客人需要接送客人去相应地点。

11. Standing by at different area during peak hours to reduce guest wait for buggy time。

在用车高峰期在相应地点待命接送客人。

12. Help with IT to solve the simple Wi-Fi access problems

协助信息部解决网络连接问题。

13. Help to deliver the DIY breakfast baskets
