主要工作职责:
Core Responsibilities:
•           贯彻执行工程部总监下达的各项指令，督促指导下属完成各项工作任务。
•           Implement the directives issued by the Director of Engineering, under the supervision and guidance to complete various tasks.
•           主要设备发生故障影响正常营业时，要组织人员立即进行现场处理，并将处理情况及时报告给工程部总监。
•           Major equipment failure affecting the normal business hours, to organize on-site personnel immediately handle them promptly report to the Director of Engineering.
•           督促和检查工程部下属各专业维修保养计划的实施及质量达标情况，并随时给予技术操作方面的指导。
•           Supervise and inspect the implementation and quality standards under the Ministry of the case of the professional maintenance program, and ready to give technical guidance operational aspects.
•           审阅各系统运行监测技术数据及运行表发现问题及时处理，确保所有维修单据记录在册，督促和检查各班组应按期完成的设备维修保养，做好有关故障及零部件更换情况记录，做到每月进行整理、登记和存档。
•           Review all system operation monitoring technical data and operation tables identify problems in time to ensure that all maintenance documents recorded in the register, supervise and inspect equipment maintenance of each team should be done, to do about the failure and replacement parts cases recorded so that each months to organize, register and archiving.
 
 
工作技能技巧要求:
Core Competencies & Technical Knowledge/skills:
•           工作经验：三星级以上酒店5年以上工程部工作经验。
•           Work experience: three-star hotel for more than five years of engineering experience.
•           素质要求：具有较高的空调系统、给排水系统、锅炉以及客房设备设施相关知识，具有较强 的专业技术能力，一定的工作管理和工作协调能力。
•           Quality Requirements: a high air-conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, boiler rooms and equipment and facilities related knowledge, with a strong professional and technical capacity, some work management and work coordination.
