主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.

保证正确着装和佩戴铭牌上岗。

• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

随时提供礼貌和专业的服务。

• To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.

与本部门及其他部门的同事保持良好的工作关系。

• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the resort’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

对度假村的规章制度、防火、卫生、健康机安全政策彻底的了解。

• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

执行其他所赋予的合理的职责。

• To perform secondary duties as assigned by Asst. Housekeeper.

执行助理行政管家所分配的其他任务。

• Greets and is courteous to all guest and colleagues, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.

对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情，用眼睛交流并时刻提帮助。

• To report on adverse guest comment as and when required.

必要时报告客人的不良评论。

• To report and record Lost and Damaged items.

上报并记录遗失和损坏的物品。

• To log daily events in log book and follow up on previous information reported by other Team leaders daily.

记录日常事件并继续前一班主管的工作及信息。

• To prepare duty rosters of PA Attendants.

准备客房的员工的值班考勤名单。

• To make requisition twice weekly of amenities for guest supplies.

每星期两次申请消耗品。

• Monitor the chemical inventory and to make requisition of chemicals supplies in time.

时刻留意清洁药剂的库存申请清洁剂，及时的申请清洁剂的补货。

工作技能技巧要求:

Core Competencies & Technical Knowledge/skills:

• Work with floor manager to help finish the monthly deep cleaning plan .

协助楼层经理完成每月的客房大清计划

• Work with pest control company to make monthly pest control plan and monitor supplier to get done

与杀虫公司制定虫控的月度计划，并监督杀虫公司及时有效的完成

• To check Public Areas, F&B outlets, offices, toilets, locker and car parks.

检查公共区域、餐饮营业场所、办公室、卫生间、更衣室和停车场的卫生。

• To report and follow up on repair and maintenance.

上报并跟踪维修和保养情况。

• To document all incidences in log book.

将所有事件记录在日志内。

• To ensure function rooms and toilets are clean before functions starts.

在宴会厅营业前，确保宴会厅与卫生间的卫生。

• To attend to guest requests and complaints.

注意客人的要求和投诉。

要求学历及资质：

Education/Certifications:

· High School

初中

· Basic in oral and written English

基本的英语口语及书写

· Fluent in dictation Chinese Good communication skill;

流畅的中文和良好的沟通技能

· Apparent planning ability;

显著的计划能力

· Good knowledge about the technical and HSKP SOP

良好的客房技能和熟知客房工作操作流程及标准

· At least 3 years’ working experience in international class hotel/resort.
