概述：
Overview:
l   根据要求和标准对餐厅里菜单上的食品进行准备及摆设工作,并起到一定的指引作用。
Prepare the food and do the set up by following the requires and standards.
l   对部门中下属员工进行培训并成为他们的榜样.维护部门里的秩序,卫生情况及设备。
Training for staffs; set a good example for them.
