主要工作职责:

1.Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

7. Carries out effective service by ensuring:

8. Carries out effective beverage service by ensuring:

a. Beverages are up-sold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations
推销酒水并随时为客人添加酒水，遵守酒水服务制度
b. Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine
与顾客谈论酒，建议酒的类型和风格，记录酒水单和上酒
c. Promoting and selling cocktails to guests
向顾客推销和销售鸡尾酒
d. Making and presenting cocktails
制作和服务鸡尾酒
e. Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard

8. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

9.Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

10.Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

Works with Manager and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include:

Participate in staff recruitment

Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same

Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures

Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

Assist GM to in delivering the hotel risk management.

LANGUAGES: Must possess an intermediate English level

QUALIFICATIONS /TRAINING: Education: High school graduate, university or travel school related course an advantage.
