Core Responsibilities:
1. Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.

2. Address guests by name whenever possible.
任何时候都尽量称呼客人姓名。
3. Respect guest privacy.
尊重客人隐私。
4. Handle guests needs or requests and report complaints to the Manager.
处理客人需求,如有客人投诉及时向经理汇报。
5. Should be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
对本地通讯录和常用电话号码熟悉。
6. Maintains a clean work environment with other FO staff.
与前厅部其他员工一起保持办公室的整体环境整洁有序。
7. Attend to all guest queries and requests promptly.
对所有客人的问询和需求迅速做出反应。
8. Work with other Operators to maintain resort Information.
与其他接线员协作确保度假村信息的及时更新。
9. Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service.
保持部门内部良好沟通确保客人服务无缝连接。
10. Clarifies own job responsibilities and looks for opportunities that will increase skills and job knowledge.
明白自己的工作职责并且能够主动寻求任何可以提升自己工作能力的机会以提升自我工作能力。
11. Interact with department and resort staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication.
积极与部门或度假村其他员工互动,培养和谐的工作氛围,提升团队合作精神确保有效的双向沟通。
12. Update daily event information and daily naked activity report.
更新每日宴会信息及每日裸心报告。
13. Tracking host responding time.
追踪管家&司机回应时间。
14. Send naked Greeting SMS to the second day FIT arrival guest.
发送欢迎短信给第二天到的散客。
15. Prepare VIP welcome card & amenity, and arrange host to deliver them in time.
准备VIP欢迎卡片及礼品,并安排管家及时送达。
16. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
熟知酒店各项安全规章制度,了解紧急救护,火警和紧急事件的处理流程,能正确使用灭火器等消防器材。
17. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify management of potential dangers.
及时对危险的情况采取补救措施,并对管理层汇报潜在的危险。
18. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly。
对度假村的安全设备,急救护理措施及其它紧急状况的处理程序熟悉并能熟练操作。
19. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
按照酒店的要求,记录安全事故和意外事故。
