Overview: Responsible for preparing and serving the meal, assist Canteen Chef in basic management.

主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

日常管理和训练 Day to Day Management and Training

1. Prepare raw food and seasoning with canteen commis.

与员工餐厅厨师一起准备配料及烹饪食材

2. Make sure the supply of food and ensure the quantity and quality.

确保餐厅食物的供应，保证食物的数量和质量

3. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of cold rooms, work areas and equipment.

确保冷房，工作区域的设备的清洁和维护工作

4. Ensure the warmly attitude and rationalization when serves the meal, analyzes staff’s opinion forwardly and brings improved advice to Canteen Chef and Supervisor.

确保打菜时，服务热情，分配合理，并可主动分析员工的意见，向员工餐厅厨师长或主管提出改进意见

5. Assists Cost Control and calculate cost of food.

协助成本核算做好和计算食品成本工作

6. Performs other duties that may be required by his superiors

Maintain clear lines of communication with colleagues within the Hotel.
