JOB SUMMARY

岗位描述

The Director of Entertainment who is the key connection between the dynamic entertainment activities and valuable guests, throughout the demonstration of the entertainment spirits and hospitality to ensure the guests are fully aware, participate and experience the activities and performances everywhere in the hotel. And achieve the goal being the “Holiday Destination” ultimately. Meanwhile, participate and cooperate with hotel entertainment team or 3rd parties to design and execute the entertainment performance and activities with the strong emphasis on the MGM style. Interacting with all age guests all the times, promote the MGM entertainment spirits and entertain them.
娱乐总监作为酒店娱乐活动和客人之间的重要关联及联系。通过其本人展示出来的娱乐精神和好客之道来确保在上海苏宁宝丽嘉酒店的客人可以充分了解，参与和体验各个区域的娱乐表演、展示等一系列活动。从而达到成为“旅游度假目的地”的目标。同时积极参与和配合酒店的娱乐团队或滴单方娱乐表演单位设计和实施符合酒店娱乐风格定位的一系列表演和活动。并且积极地活跃在酒店区域内和各个年龄层的客人互动，推广美高梅酒店的娱乐精神和愉悦宾客。


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

1.	Understand well the branding definition and categories of the MGM and MGMDYT.
全面理解美高梅和钓鱼台美高梅的品牌定义和等级。
2.	To ensure all the Entertainment activities and promotions are in line with the branding definition of the hotel located.
确保所有的娱乐活动和酒店所处的市场和定位相符合。
3.	Well understand the legal and lawful applications to the entertainment activities to ensure that no confliction with legal or law.
充分理解所有关于娱乐的法规和法律，确保没有任何法律上的冲突。
4.	Work closely with General Manager to provide the input into strategic plan on the Entertainment activities and idea selection, planning and executions.
为总经理提供关于娱乐活动的策略，计划和点子的选择和执行。
5.	Work with MarCom to illustrate the entertainment activities via different platform to internal communication.
积极和市场传讯部一起，通过不同的内部沟通平台来展示各种娱乐活动。
6.	Developing the good relationship to develop the innovative unique and trendy activities, parties and promotions with external expertise or 3rd parties.
和第三方的活动和娱乐策划公司建立良好的合作来开发创新的，与众不同和引领潮流的活动。
7.	Working closely with Finance for the payment related, and working closely with HR for permit or license related.
和财务部紧密合作来跟进相关付款事项。和人力资源部紧密合作来跟进所有相关的许可和执照。
8.	Prepare the action plan and critical path with General Manager for any major entertainment activities or promotions within the hotel.
和总经理一起制定娱乐相关的费用预算和预测。并尽可能按照预算和预测来设计和执行相关娱乐活动。
9.	Conduct the post mortem meeting for any entertainment activities or promotions afterwards according to the required P&P.
组织相关的娱乐活动结束后的总结会。
10.	Reviewing the pricing for any entertainment activities and promotions.
评估所有娱乐活动的价格。
11.	Planning all the collateral of the respective entertainment activities.
积极和市场传讯部一起，根据相关的娱乐活动计划完成宣传手册。
12.	Fulfill the role and responsibility as Director of Entertainment, properly interact with guests and warm up before the performance in advance. Also play the role as MC to work with entertainment performers to enhance the interactive and excitement of the performance.
充分履行娱乐大使的角色和职责，提前根据娱乐计划在相关领域内和客人进行互动和表演预热。并承担起主持的角色，和表演团队一起增加表演的互动和娱乐。
13.	Study the various audiences, age group to work with Entertainment team to develop the presentable, interactive and participative performance all the times.
针对不同的表演对象，年龄层次通过创新突破的精神一起和表演团队开发具有观赏性、互动性、参与性的娱乐表演形式，使客人在宝丽嘉有一个与众不同的娱乐体验。
14.	Coordinating the entertainers, performers to ensure their attendance and perform according to the expectation, include the sound test and site inspection.
协调相关的娱乐人员和表演人员来确保其演出符合公司的预期效果，包括音响调试和现场踩点。
15.	Working closely with respective outlet manager end Engineering to ensure the technical supports are provided for any large production.
和各个部门及工程部紧密配合对大型的搭建提供技术支持。
16.	Checking the guest’s satisfactions to share the guest’s comments.
保证出席活动的客人满意度。
17.	Working closely with Marketing and Communication to ensure entertainment activities, party’s concept, theme and promotions are well shared. And also active promote the activities with positive attitude.
和市场传讯部紧密合作并分享娱乐活动的概念，主题及相关的推广。并且积极承担起酒店娱乐大使的责任来进行动态推广。
18.	Be the connecting point between guest and hotel entertainment activities as an Entertainment.
通过其娱乐大使的形象成为酒店娱乐活动和客人之间的纽带。
19.	Fully aware and understand the expectations form different types of guest, actively approach them in the hotel at different area or channels, promote the entertainment spirits and dynamic activities.
对酒店的客源结构和娱乐体验期望有清楚的理解，积极地在各个不同渠道和区域主动接近客人，推广美高梅的娱乐精神和丰富的活动。
20.	Carefully listen the feedbacks and comments from the guests regarding the entertainment and overall staying experience in the hotel, and to respond with professional manners and strive hard to solve their difficulties and problems.
细心聆听客人对娱乐，入住的体验和分享，并以专业的态度给予回复和积极地协助客人处理遇到的困难。
21.	As the Entertainment Ambassador, responsible to promote and explain the entertainment spirits of MGM to all associates.
作为酒店的娱乐大使，有责任在酒店内向酒店员工宣传和讲解美高梅的娱乐精神。
22.	Presents the cheerful of yourself to guests. Inviting and approachable attitude at all times. Maintain a close working relationship with the resort’s MarCom team to record and create entertainment promotional clips and materials with his or her image.
随时在客人面前展示出自己快乐、邀请和友好的一面。同时可以和酒店的市场传讯部一起紧密合作利用酒店娱乐大使形象录制相关推广视频或材料。
23.	Able to work with resort’s kids club team to consistently entertain the kids, teenagers through the fun, educational activities.
可以和酒店的儿童俱乐部团队紧密合作，持之以恒的通过有趣和寓教于乐的活动来娱乐儿童和少年。
24.	Able to conduct and lead the certain activities outside of the hotel as part of “Explorer Destination” required.
有能力组织和带领某些在酒店外进行的活动，已达到“猎奇目的地”的打造的要求。
25.	As a member of Bellagio Shanghai, able adapt to any role or responsibility that assigned by the hotel, and always commit to the best performance to that role.
