岗位职责/职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Check and update the guest booking information, and provide the corresponding service;
检查和更新预抵客人的预订信息,并安排相应的服务;
2. Process and handle all telephone calls, faxes, e-mail, internet and other ways of room reservation booking, also to ensure accurate entry to the OPERA system;
处理电话、传真、电子邮件、网络等不同渠道发送的房间预订信息,并确保订房信息准确的录入到酒店系统;
3. To review and improvement of the existing operation procedures so as to provide timely, efficient service and accurate information for the hotel internal and external customers, while maintaining employee satisfaction;
不断改进现有的操作规程来为酒店内部和外部客人提供及时、有效的服务和准确的信息,同时保持员工的满意度;
4. To provide assistance to other team members when they encounter any difficulty in handling calls or other issues;
当部门其他成员接听电话或其他方面遇到困难时,提供相应的及时的帮助;
5. According to the requirements, complete the assigned task;
根据要求,完成所分派的任务;
6. Maintain relations with various channels;
维护与各个渠道的关系;
7. Reasonable room control state changes, to maximize revenue;
合理控制房态变化,实现收益最大化;
8. Monthly OTA commission review and payment;
月度OTA佣金的审核与支付;
9. Complete the Daily/Weekly/Monthly report;
完成Daily/Weekly/Monthly报表;
10. Complete department training plan;
完成部门培训计划;
11. Maintain an organized, clean and tidy work area, correct maintenance scheduled data filing work;
保持工作区域的整洁,正确维护预订资料的归档工作;
12. Assist with the Revenue Manager in maintaining an updated and accurate profile management in OPERA;
协助收益经理维护、更新OPERA系统中的文档资料;
13. Assist Revenue Manager in coordinating monthly Reservation Meeting;
协助收益经理开好每月一次的预订部会议;
14. Attend the sales meeting in the absence of the Revenue Manager.
当收益经理缺席时,参加销售部的例会。


任职资格:

1. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力;

4. High energy level with presentation skills;

5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;

7. College or University;

8. 3 years of equivalent position of international band experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
3年国际品牌同职位工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
