The Fitness Attendant is responsible for welcoming and greeting all Fitness guests upon arrival, providing guests with an introduction to the facilities (as applicable), and to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of Spa
健身中心服务员有责任和义务欢迎并和每一位来健身的客人友好的打招呼,并像客人提供基本的介绍,并确保水疗及酒店健身中心干净整洁。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责

1. Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
理解并严格遵守员工手册的规则和条列,遵循酒店的消防、卫生、健康和安全的有关政策。
2. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
确保高标准的个人仪容仪表。
3. Responds to any changes in the Fitness Centre as dictated by the industry, company and hotel
根据行业,公司和酒店的规定,对健身中心的任何变化做出响应。
4. Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
参加必要的会议和培训。
5. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
执行任何其他合理的义务和责任的分配。
6. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

7. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

8. Conduct operational standards training to new attendants and maintain high quality guest services level.

9. Facility quality check and maintenance follow up.
检查设施质量并保持随时跟进。
10. Ensures the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa area, facilities and equipments, including locker rooms, pool, pantry, guest lift, fitness area
确保尽可能高标准的卫生,使水疗中心和健身区域的设施和设备整洁有序,包括更衣室、游泳池、后场办公室、健身中心。
11. Controls all Fitness linen according to the department operation procedures
根据部门营运程序来控制所有健身中心的布草。
12. Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all cleaning materials and to advise the Fitness Team Leader when stock needs reordering.
保持密切监督所有清洁用品的库存,并在需要时及时通知健身中心主管。
13. Reports any maintenance/repairs needed or any defects in equipment or fixtures.
报告任何需要维护/修理/损坏的设备或装置。

14. Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa.
通过不断的检查各自的区域来迅速并有效的确保所有客人对清洁和卫生的需求。
15. To assists with removal or installation of equipment and furniture in areas for special activities and events.
为特别活动和事件协助拆除或安装相关的设备和家俱。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格

1. First-Aid and CPR certification
急救培训
2. Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally
能用母语在工作中进行口语和书写
3. Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create a professional and comfortable environment for all spa guests and employees

5. Anticipate guest needs and respond with congenial hospitality

6. Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team

7. Endure physical movements throughout the work areas

8. Ability to respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism
在紧急情况下,有能力帮助和解答客人的疑虑。
