The Concierge is responsible for providing useful and accurate information to Guest in an expedited manner, enhance Guest staying experience by fulfilling and exceeding Guest’s needs. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of the company.

酒店礼宾员负责为宾客提供专业及准确的问询服务、用自己的专业知识来升华宾客的入住体验,执行符合公司的相关政策、程序,在钓鱼台美高梅集团的愿景目标下履行职责,依照公司的政策程序工作。


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责


1. Preforming a refined, efficient, timely welcoming experience for our Guest.

为客人提供完美,有效率的,合时的欢迎体验。

2. Proactively acknowledge, greet and converse with guests while standing at front desk and lobby area.

主动问候客人并与在酒店大堂区域内的宾客进行交流。

3. Be informed of and promote hotel outlets, services and events. 

能够协助推广酒店餐饮会议等服务设施。

4. Connect guests with the Front Desk for check-in/out procedures, Bell Desk for assistance with luggage, Concierge for reservations and referrals, and guide guests to the various hotel destinations if and when possible. 

在以下区域给客人提供帮助:前台办理入住和退房程序,行李台的行李服务 ,礼宾台的预定及问询服务,在有必要时亲自引领客人至酒店其它区域。

5. Assist Guest with reserve taxis and other modes of transportation.

协助宾客预订出租车或其他交通工具。

6. Assist with Guest for loading and unloading baggage when bellman is in absence.

在繁忙时段协助客人卸载和装载行李。

7. Ensure luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, safe and security. 

始终确保客人的个人物品及财产能够得到安全的看护。

8. Store guest baggage upon request.

协助客人寄存保管行李。

9. Resolve and escalate any guest issues and concerns that may arise.

解决并上报客人所碰到的任何问题。

10. Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations. 

与其他部门保持良好的协作以确保高效率的工作。

11. Keeps leaders informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.

保持与部门领导的及时沟通并将一切问题进行上报。

12. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

确保知悉并达到工作考勤准则要求,遵守部门和酒店政策。

13. Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards. 

确保部门所有相关活动符合酒店商业性目的,建立安全保障标准。

14. Assist Front Office staff with guest requests and services;

协助前厅部其他同事满足客人的要求和服务;

15. Is able to provide most update city information and give out travel and dinning tips in a professional way;

能够为宾客提供最新的城市信息并给出专业的旅游及餐饮建议;

16. Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage when bellman in absence; 

在繁忙时帮助接收,跟进,协调,派送宾客行李;

17. Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features;

告知宾客所有安保因素,介绍房间设施及酒店特色;

18. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned;

完成其他合理分配的职责和任务;


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

任职资格

1. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;

好的中英文沟通技巧;

2. Common reading and writing ability in English;

拥有基本的英文读写能力;

3. Well know the city and has the interesting in learning & tasting;

熟知城市信息并始终对新鲜事物保持兴趣并勇于尝试;

4. Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented;

工作有计划,可以从事多项任务,注重细节有善于解决问题的技能;

5. Previous concerned working experience is preferred, but can be replaced by general good attitude and appearance and with potential to easily learn the skills;

具有相关工作经验者优先考虑, 无经验者需具有良好的外表与积极的态度,学习的潜力;
