岗位职责 Job Responsibility
 1、确保执行酒店政策方针和公司的品牌标准。
     Ensure compliance with hotel policies and company brand standards. 
2、对于认可的员工实施培训课程，进行全体员工的培训和评估他们的能力;
     Implement training courses for approved employees, train all employees and evaluate their abilities 
3、提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变.
     Be aware of the lack of customer service standards in advance and make development plans in time, track and implement the changes 
4、在工作中和下属员工沟通，维护已确定的政策和方针。
     Communicated with subordinates at work and maintained established policies and guidelines. 
5、在用餐期间确保及时纠正错误的餐位，保持操作台的干净和整齐。
     During the meal to ensure that correct the wrong table in time, keep the work table clean and tidy. 
5、和厨房保持有效的沟通。
     Communicate effectively with the kitchen.
6、良好的工作氛围和下属员工良好的工作关系
     Good working atmosphere and good working relationship with subordinates 
7、问候客人，处理评论和问题，无论何时都要在用餐中提高销售关注收入。
     Greet guests, deal with comments and questions, and increase sales and revenue at all times during the meal. 
8、向客人推荐菜单的食品和酒水，适当的为客人点单和服务食品和酒水。
     Recommend menu items and drinks to guests, order and serve food and drinks appropriately. 
9、维护良好的客户关系和提高个人的修养，
     Maintain good customer relations and improve personal cultivation; 
10、依据库存的要求来采购物品。
       Purchase items according to inventory requirements. 
11、准备每周排班。
       Prepare for weekly scheduling. 
12、在经理缺席期间负责运营
       Responsible for operation during the absence of the manager 
13、接受餐厅经理安排的其它工作。
       Accept other work assigned by restaurant manager.
14、为客人服务酒水和食品
       Serve drinks and food for guests 
15、提出好的主意和建议在设计菜单和食品促销的时候
      Offer good ideas and suggestions when designing menus and food promotions 
16、全面的食品和酒水知识
       Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage 
17、熟练运用客人维护技能
      Skilled use of guest maintenance skills
 
岗位要求 Job Requirements  
1、 全面的餐饮服务经验和管理主义。
      Comprehensive catering service experience and  managerialism. 
2、 至少1年以上的同岗位工作经验。
      At least 1 year working experience in the same position. 
3、 良好的运营和管理技能。
     Good operation and management skills.
4、 良好的仪容仪表
     Good grooming 
6、团队有良好的沟通才能，监督和刺激员工的积极性。
     Good communication skills, supervision and stimulation of staff. 
7、良好的英文书面和口语能力。
     Good command of Written and spoken English.
