岗位职责 Job responsibilities
1.  Improve all kinds of inquiry materials
健全各种问讯资料。
2.  Master the room reservation, report the reservation of important groups and guests to the Department Manager, check the sending of VIP notice, and be responsible for the implementation of VIP reception.
掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实。
3.  Handle errors in front desk work and guest complaints.
处理前台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉。
4.  Responsible for the use, management and maintenance of front desk property and equipment, as well as the collection, archiving and management of various data.
负责前台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。
5.   Check the daily report for errors and correct them in time.
检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正。
6.  Establish a good relationship with guests and strive to increase room sales
建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售
 
岗位要求 Job requirements
1.  College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2.   Good English communication skills
有良好的英文沟通能力
3.  Good team leadership and execution. Work conscientiously and responsibly with a decent style.
有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。工作认真负责，作风正派。
4.  Master all links and procedures of front office work
熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。
5.  Good health, good appearance and elegant temperament.
身体健康，品貌端正，气质高雅。
6.  Aster the basic knowledge of hotel management, be good at communicating with guests, handle attentively and decisively, and be able to handle all kinds of complaints independently.
掌握酒店管理基础知识，善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
