岗位职责 Job Responsibility
1、 全面管理楼层的服务工作，做楼层服务员培训和考核工作。
      Comprehensively manage the service work of the floor, and do the training and assessment of HSKP Attendant
2、 检查客房服务员的仪容仪表、礼节礼貌，严格考勤，严格执行服务程序与规范。
      Check the appearance, courtesy and politeness of the room attendants, strictly check their attendance, and strictly implement the service procedures and norms. 
3、 掌握楼层的房态，宾客的情况和必要的信息。
     Master the room status of the floor, guest information and necessary information. 
4、 与相关部联系并协调工作，确保服务的快捷与效率。
      Contact and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fast and efficient service. 
5、 保证客房的清洁水平。
     Ensure the cleanliness of the guest room. 
6、 了解员工动态，调动员工积极性。
     Understand staff dynamics and motivate staff enthusiasm. 
7、 阅读并填写交接班日记。
     Read and fill in the shift diary. 
8、 完成上级交办的其它工作。
     Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 
9、遵守酒店规章制度。
    Comply with hotel rules and regulations.
 
岗位要求 Job Requirements 
1、 大专毕业学历或同等以上。
      College degree or above.
2、有2年以上国际酒店客房管理工作经验。
     At least 2 years international hotel room management experience.
2、 熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑，  
      Familiar with housekeeping professional knowledge, proficient in using computer,
3、 具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
      Have the ability of organization and coordination, adaptability, management, writing and information management.
