工作职责:
1.确保部门每日相关工作的效率。Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section.
2.接听内部和客人的电话。及时将口讯传递给部门和各人。Answer departmental and guest telephone calls. Pass on telephone messages as soon as received to department / section and persons concerned for immediate action.
3.当有需要时准备和打印房间状态报表。Prepare / print room status report when required.
4.准备坏房,住店VIP,预计到达/离店,宴会和团队名单。Prepare lists of out of order rooms, in house VIP and expected arrivals / departure, function and group lists.
5.负责与前台交流楼层相关客房状态。Responsible for the communication between reception, and floor regarding guest room status.
6.将到达的分派的VIP和团队告知楼层主管。Notify floor supervisor of arriving VIP’s, and group allocations.
7.将所有房态和分配的转变告知楼层主管。Notify floor supervisor of any changes in room status and allocations.
8.通知楼层领班晚离店和急需的房间。Inform floor supervisor of late departure and urgently needed rooms.
9.处理失物招领。在接受到维修指示时准备维修记录。Handle Lost & Found properties. Ensure all surrendered Lost & Found items are properly labelled, recorded and stored as soon as received. Prepare weekly summary of Lost & Found items and submit report to Director of Services.
