effective electrical certificate / safety operation certificate
有效电工证/安全操作证
Professional knowledge on electrical, AC, Plumbing and decorative construction.  Be familiar with the electricity, AC, AV and Plumbing，fire safety and mechanical operation regulations.
配电、空调和管道系统，装修施工等专业知识，熟悉电力、AV、空调、给排水、消防和机械安全操作规程。
