Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
•Be responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Security Department on a daily basis in conjunction with the Security Manager.
•Responsible for handling daily routine according to the standard operation procedure at all times while on duty. If unable to solve problem, report to the Security Manager in a timely manner.
•Frequently pay attention to security & safety within the hotel at all times. Feedback the result to the Manager in a timely manner.
•Know well fire emergency pre-plan. Be aware of responsibility in a fire disaster.
•Arrange & adjust departmental duty schedules according to the hotel business status. Guide the work of all security staffs accordingly.
•To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
•Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist subordinates in planning work schedules.
•Accept the working guidance from PSB, establish good relationship with them.
•协助安全部经理共同承担整个安全部基本运作、员工及装备的责任。
•在工作时间内按岗位操作程序要求处理和解决日常事务,并注意控制事态的发展,将调查情况、事件发展及时向安全部经理上报。如果不能独立解决事件,应立即上报安全部经理。
•负责经常性检查酒店安全状况,杜绝安全隐患,并将检查情况及时反馈到部门经理。
•掌握消防应急预案、明确发生火灾等事故时自己的职责。
•掌握酒店近期营业状况配合安排保安力量并对本部各员工工作相应的工作指导。
•有效地处理解决所有客人的质疑和投诉,并与所有酒店的宾客建立友好关系。
•制定每周工作计划,指导和帮助下属完成工作计划,督察员工出勤情况并且协助制定工作计划。定期向安全部经理汇报工作进度和员工情况,并提出合理化建议。
•接受公安、消防等部门对酒店保安方面的工作指导,并与他们建立良好的关系。
Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
•College graduated or above and be interested in security work
•Has working experience in 5 star hotels F&B service department is a plus
•Has good health, professionally groomed and highly motivated
•Has good oral and written communication skills
•大专及以上学历,热爱安保行业
•有五星级酒店安保工作经验为佳
•形象专业,身体健康,工作认真负责
•具有良好的口头及书面沟通能力
