营运

Operational 

§  为健身中心的销售做出贡献。

To contribute to the Fitness Centre sales.

§  根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。

Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

§  确保根据凯悦酒店标准,始终提供礼貌、专业、有效及灵活的服务。

To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hyatt Standards of performance.

§  负责指定工作区域的所有职责和任务。定期回顾重点任务清单,并根据行业趋势、客人期望和运营理念等对其进行修改。

To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.  Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.

§  无论客人在游泳还是在休息,都必须在游泳池边站岗。需离开工作岗位时,必须获得直属上司的批准方可离开工作岗位。将所有注意力集中在客人身上,当危险情况发生时,及时营救以确保客人的安全。 

If pool area have guest, life guard must always stand by in the pool area. When life guard need to leave the pool, must get approval from manager. Pay all attention on guest safety, if guest in dangerous, must rescue guest to ensure safety.

§  严格遵守游泳池的规章制度,客气地阻止客人跳水和奔跑,防止非酒店客人进入游泳池区域休息或拍照。应特别注意16岁以下儿童需在家长或成人的带领下进入游泳池区域。

Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the swimming pool and politely stop guests diving and run, prevent the hotel guests enter the pool area rest or take photos. Should pay special attention to children under the age of 16 should be under the guidance of parents or adults entering the pool area.

§  持有救生证及急救证书,并具有水中救援技术和人工呼吸技术。

Hold rescue and first aid certificates, and have the water rescue technology and artificial respiration.

§  清晰的讲解并确保客人遵守安全和卫生规定以及相关设备的使用。 

Clear explanation to comply with the requirements of the safety and health and ensure that the guest and the use of related equipment.

§  确保所有营救设备处于良好的状态以达到安全标准。

Ensure all rescue equipment is in good condition in order to achieve safety standards.

§  熟悉酒店设施及各项服务。

To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.

§  负责建立并负责指定区域的营业和关门程序。

To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.

§  确保泳池区域和周围区域始终干净且整洁有序。

To ensure that the pool area and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

§  保持所有区域的整洁。

Must keep all areas clean at all time.

§  保持泳池设备和周围区域设施的良好状态。

Must upkeep all pool equipment in and around the deck.

Makes optimum use of the pool equipment.

Understand the performance of the swimming pool, when there is no any guest use the swimming pool, can be arrange other work.

 

宾客服务

Customer Service

§  礼貌而高效的处理客人和员工询问,对不能立即解决的投诉和问题汇报领班,并及时回馈和跟进。

Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Team Leader if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

§  明确自身首要任务是为客人提供服务,并以客人的需求和安全为第一要务。

Realize that his/her primary role is to be of service to the guest and that their needs & safety come first

§  确保告知酒店客人关于酒店活动及服务的正确信息和建议。

Must impart correct information & advise the guest on the various services/activities in the hotel.

§  确保所有区域的整洁。

Must keep all areas clean at all time

§  必须完全了解急救和救生的技术。

Must be completely conversant with first aid & life saving techniques.

§  时刻关注客人发出的求救信号。

Must be attentive and alert for any signs from the guest.

§  鼓励在健康及救生团体积极建立联系。

The incumbent is encouraged to actively network within the fitness and lifesaving community

§  理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Associates Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety

§  准时到岗,始终穿着正确的制服并佩戴名牌。

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.

§  确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。

To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

§  与本部门及其他部门同事保持良好的工作关系。

To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the Place of Work and all other departments.

§  参加部门会议、酒店相关培训和其它活动,并作出贡献。

To attend and contribute to all associate meetings Departmental and Hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities.

§  根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、改变,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。

Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry & company.
