Responsible for assisting the Assistant Style Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the guestrooms and Public Area on the Floors through effective administration, training and supervision of talent 协助造型副经理以有效的管理，培训及督促英才来维持客房和楼层公共区域最高标准的清洁质量

Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section 确保每天工作能被有效地完成
Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, sanitary conditions and maintenance of all Hotel guestrooms and Public Areas on the Floors, including service areas, linen pantries, service toilets and backstairs cases 负责检查所有的客房和公共区域的清洁度和整洁度，确保所有的楼层、客房、公共区域包括服务区，布草间，洗手间和后通道都保持良好的卫生、清洁的状态
Provide orientation and training of new talent, conduct continuous training and re-training and on-the-job training to subordinates according to approved system and procedures根据规定的流程对新英才进行工作指导，对英才培训、持续性培训、再培训以及实践培训
