Provide administrative and sales support for the Conference & Catering Services Department including consulting wedding guests’ inquiries, dictation, tracing for wedding business, answering telephones of wedding guests, working on wedding revenue reports, distribution, invoice control, requisition’s and departmental records/logs.为宴会及会议统筹部门提供行政以及销售的支持，包括答复客人的婚礼咨询；记录并跟进婚礼业务；接听婚礼客人的来电咨询；完成婚宴收入报表

Type all wedding correspondence and contracts – proof read all correspondence before it is being sent out within 24 hours.负责所有的所有的婚宴咨询来往邮件以及联系，保证24小时之内回复客人的问询，并在回复之前仔细阅读内容

Review status of incomplete work and follow up actions with Wedding Specialist for action before leaving.在离开之前和婚礼专员一起回顾所有未完成的工作并制订跟进计划

Conduct site inspection in the absence of Wedding Specialist.婚礼专员不在场的情况下陪同客人参观酒店

Purging of files.整理文档资料

Organize Wedding Specialist’s Trace file as necessary and pull required files for action.整理保存文档资料，在需要的时候及时拿出来使用

Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.无论什么时候，多么繁忙，都要能够做到预见客人的需求，及时做出反应并对客人表示感谢

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment, supplies and work area.监督管理并保证工作环境，以及办公用品的清洁

Organization of work station and consistent prioritizing to accomplish daily tasks.有组织有条理的完成日常的工作任务

Complete filing as often as necessary.在需要的情况下经常跟新与婚礼相关的报表

Distribute all in-house forms (to include communiqués, check requests, BEOs etc.) in a timely manner. To ensure that the Conference & Catering Pigeon Hole is emptied at least three (3) times daily.及时向相关部门发送婚礼相关的信息及报表，保证信息传达的及时性及准确性
