职位描述

Knowledge and skills related to telephone operator are required

  • 具有电话礼节相关知识和技能
  • Whatever/Whenever coach must have at least two years relevant working experience and managers must have at least four years relevant working experience

    总机督导至少具有两年以上相关工作经验,总机经理须具有四年以上相关工作经验
  • Assist Dept. successful functioning of Whatever Whenever and Wired.  Major responsibility of the department is to receive all in-house and outside telephone calls and process requests rofessionally and correctly, including taking room service orders,

协助负责随时随需和商务中心的日常运营,确保所有的致电被准确地记录和专业地回答客人的任何咨询,包括为客人提供送餐点单服务。

Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside ladies and gentlemen toperform technical or functional job duties.
