职位描述

    • At least 1 year related experience in housekeeping

  • Responsible for assisting the Assistant Style Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the guestrooms and Public Area on the Floors through effective administration, training and supervision of talent.

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, etc. after being cleaned by Stylist to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Style management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Style, Engineering, Welcome, and Wash. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Welcome. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.

    • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items.  Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and performs floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway)

    对客人及其他部门的要求及时响应;在工具车中装满客用品,并将其运送到指定区域;按照程序进入客房,更换客房内的客房设施和用品;将用过的毛巾及布草更换新的并认真整理床铺,清洁浴室,撤出所有垃圾等;检查房间内是否有所有电器是否正常工作,整理桌子、家具和电器;打扫墙壁和家具上的灰尘、抛光和去除痕迹;用吸尘器清理地毯并执行楼层保养及清洁职责
