Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist them in seating, ensuring standard of service. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess stand, cashier area, cloak area and the dining room at all times. Consult on daily basis with the Restaurant Sales department. Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items (cake, flowers, etc.) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of all pre booked menu and special menu requests of the guests.
很有礼貌的招呼到店的客人，并将客人带到指定位置入座。协助餐厅的准备服务工作和保持咨客台，收款区域，衣帽间的整洁。与餐厅销售部保持经常的联络。协助照看客人的需求，检查点单（蛋糕，鲜花等）并通知厨房和服务员准备预定的特殊菜式给客人。
Provide thoughtful seating arrangement according to guests’ needs with consideration of the operation requirement.  Maximize restaurant occupancy and carefully manage the timing for next seating.
