1.Provide massage services toguests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests usingbody scrubs, wraps, and equipment. Assess guest needs and inquire aboutcontraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) beforebeginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalitiesrelated to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrangeworkstation, treatment room, and linens. Frequently check with guest to promotecomfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa servicesincluding retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilizetools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and treatment room throughout shift,dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the endof each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handleinappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standardoperating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists,leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informingsupervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area asper regional requirements.
使用相关工具亦或产品为宾客提供按摩服务。使用身体去角质产品、身体裹肤产品亦或仪器为宾客提供身体护理。在疗程前评估宾客身体状况并询问相关禁忌（如：过敏、高血压及妊娠等）。根据市场及工作需要不断提升现有技术和手法。负责引领宾客前往理疗房并引领宾客回到前台。负责整理休息及产品区、理疗房及布草等。在服务过程中持续询问宾客以提高舒适性、安全性及隐私性。负责讲解销售水疗相关服务及零售产品。对水疗器具进行清洁、维护和消毒。在工作期间保持休息及产品区和理疗室的清洁，整理垃圾和脏布草，并在工作结束时确保用品和设备的安全。工作期间实时检查及确认预定。当客人与理疗师有不恰当行为时，按照万豪国际标准操作规程处理不适当的客人行为，以正确的方式告知客人并在必要时停止疗程或服务，立即通知主管或经理。根据当地行业需求进修技能并取得相关证照。
2.Assess individual's currentexercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programsand provide fitness counseling. Provide advice to individuals on the correctmethod of exercising with fitness equipment. Provide information, register, andschedule guests for recreation activities. Call Maintenance or an outsideservice company if machines require service. Maintain an adequate supply ofcups and water in recreation area. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere forguests. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intendedfor the safety and welfare of guests and members.
