1.Handleall invoices which have been appropriately approved in accordance with hotel’spurchasing policies and procedures.
处理遵照酒店采购程序进行合理审批过的所有发票。
2.Toensure the legitimacy and accuracy of the account payable ageing.
确保应付款帐龄的准确性
3.Recordand process payment of goods and services received and incurred by the hotel,according to the credit terms of the respective contracts and Marriott W brandpolicies and procedures.
遵照相应合同的付款条款和万豪W品牌政策和流程,登记和处理已完成收货和验收的货物和服务的付款。
4.Beaware and abide by Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Actionlegislation and the hotel's policies in regards to harassment prevention.
了解并遵守平等就业机会与积极行动相关法规，以及酒店关于预防骚扰的政策。
5.Review,investigate and develop more efficient methods, procedures and processes tofulfil and meet the hotel's accounts payable obligations and needs. 
审查、研究和改善更多的方法、程序以及步骤去更好的履行酒店应付义务及需求。
6.Reviewsupporting documentation confirming the delivery of goods (if applicable) andservices from suppliers has been adequately completed.
审阅付款申请的支持附件，确认供应商提供的货物（如适用）或服务已充分完成验收和收货。
7.Maintaincommunication with suppliers and internal reimbursement talents to ensure thatall payments and reimbursements comply with the hotel's payment andreimbursement procedures.
与供应商和内部报销英才保持沟通，确保所有的付款和报销符合酒店付款报销程序和流程。
8.Follow-upand clear on a timely basis, outstanding supplier invoices awaitingauthorization. 
及时跟进未完成及待批准的供应商的付款。
9.Paymentthrough e-bank, verify the receiver’s account number agree with provided info,and print out every  receipt which hasbeen approved by DOF&GM , put it behind every payment request.
尽可能通过网银处理付款，确保收款人银行帐号与其提供的资料保持一致,并在财务总监及总经理审批支付后将银行回单附在每一张付款申请后。
10.Printmonth end aged payables list, A/P Distribution, INPUT VAT invoice list file forfuture reference.
每月整理、打印月度应付帐龄表，应付款项跟踪记录表、增值税进项抵扣发票明细表存档备查。
