1.To supervise Welcome Experience Team and W Lounge, ensures that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction, represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Maintains condition of the W lounge and orders supplies and equipment. To ensure that the Loyalty area is working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all Welcome Experience and W Lounge-related talents, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
