To assist in the development of a safe and clean working environment.

To take a professional interest and responsibility for the quality of incoming produce, ensuring that all food merchandise is in accordance with order sheets, receiving records and purchasing specifications对来货产品的质量有专业的认识和责任，确保所有食品符合订单，记录和采购的规格。
Education: Minimum requirements -High school graduate, Preferred- Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.
教育背景：高中毕业，最好是专业烹饪学校毕业。
Experience: 2-3 years as Head of Kitchen in 4/5 Star category Hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
工作经历：二至三年厨房经验在四/五星级酒店的或很高级别的个体餐厅。
